DESCRIPTION
The Transformer Capacitance and Tan Delta Tester is a high-precision diagnostic instrument designed to evaluate the insulation condition of power transformers and other high-voltage electrical equipment. By measuring capacitance and dissipation factor (tan delta), the device provides critical information about insulation degradation, contamination, moisture content, and partial discharges.
